surat akuan berhenti sekolah

yihaaa....yipeee...!! hari ni HEM ksik surat bnti sekolah utk diisi..huhu..dah nak abis skolah utk kali kedua lah...hhehehee..dulu2 mase f5 dah isi...ni isi lagi..pas nie dah xde nak isi2 lagi dah..ahahaha....sgt happy bile tgok surat nie lame2....habis jgk aq skolah ek...hahahaa....

hehehehe..ni lah die surat keramat yg akan kami isi...,yg kuning tu yg ori..tp2 kuar mase form 5 dulu..yg putih tu utk diisi dan serah balik kat skola...heeee..~~

lame giler tmpoh yg skolah kasik utk isi bnde nie....x silap,,seebulan kot...bln dpn baru anta...satu hari satu huruf...kene teliti bile mengisi surat nie..t klaw salah,kene bayar 20sen klaw nak surat yg baru....hehehehee...
heeee...x sabar btul la nak bnti skola..!!!!! hahhaaahahahaa...!!
